Balancing work, family and well-being seems like a never ending battle. Failed attempts at “miracle” diets and exercise programs “guaranteed to take inches off your waistline” leave so many feeling frustrated and out of control. The diet mentality has us labeling ourselves as either good or bad depending on what we eat. We find ourselves using exercise as punishment for overeating taking the joy out of movement. When we can’t follow the “rules” of the latest diet we blame ourselves for not succeeded and eventually give up.
I guide clients to discover what they really want to do and empower them to find the answers within themselves on how to get there. Coaching clients discover how to harness their strengths to make positive change, leading to more fulfilling lives. Coaching clients find their gentle inner voice and engage in positive self-talk to motivate themselves toward the goals they want to achieve.

I have an extensive background in with over 17 years working with clients in a variety of settings including my current position as a Health Coach for one of the largest in the nation.
I am licensed Am I Hungry?® mindful eating program facilitator and provide an online coaching programs including “Smarts and Stamina – Your Guide for Living Vibrantly”.
